Call for Application: Erasmus+ KA 171 Staff Mobility for Teaching- University of El Oued to Poznań University of Life Sciences, Poland‏

The University of El Oued is pleased to announce a staff mobility opportunity for teaching under the Erasmus+ KA 171 program. This initiative provides academic staff with the opportunity to engage in teaching activities at the esteemed Poznań University of Life Sciences in Poland, promoting international collaboration and academic enrichment.

Eligible Specializations:
This program is open to academic staff specializing in the following disciplines:

  • Food Processing

  • Agriculture

  • Chemical Engineering and Process

  • Environmental Protection Technology

Required Documents:
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

  1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  2. Copy of Passport

  3. English Language Certificate (minimum B2 level)

  4. Motivation Letter (detailing the purpose and expected outcomes of the mobility)

  5. Invitation Letter (if available)

  6. Teaching Work Plan (The more detailed the better)

Selection Criteria:
Applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Mobility Rationale and Motivation: Clarity and relevance of the applicant’s motivation for participating in the program.

  • Teaching Work Plan: Quality, feasibility, and academic value of the proposed teaching activities.

  • English Language Proficiency: Certified proof of a minimum B2 level in English.

  • Priority Given To:

  • Staff who have not previously participated in the Erasmus+ exchange program

  • Staff with an invitation letter from the host institution’s department they wish to visit

  • Academic Profile: CV and list of publications demonstrating the applicant’s academic contributions.

Application Deadline: April 14th, 2025

Nominations for staff mobilities must be submitted through the designated online application system. Each staff nomination must be submitted separately. Other formats of nominations will not be accepted.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure all required documents are complete and submitted before the deadline.

  • During your stay abroad, the teaching activity must comprise a minimum of 8 hours per week (or any shorter period of stay) of actual teaching time.
