The university director meets with representatives of trade unions

 
On May 6, 2024, the Director of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, held a meeting with representatives of the labor unions at the University of El Oued. The meeting was attended by the Secretary General of the University, Dr. Shawqi Madallal, the Chairman of the Social Services Committee, Dr. Hema Abdelkader, the President of the National Federation of Higher Education and Scientific Research Professor Kadiri Abdelkrim, the President of the National Council of Higher Education and Scientific Research Professor Al-Zain Younes, the President of the National Independent Union of Higher Education Employees, Mr. Meida Nabil, and the President of the General Union of Algerian Workers, Ms. Hajar Atatfa.
The session was opened by the University President, who welcomed the attendees and thanked them for accepting the invitation. He also appreciated the efforts made by the unions and their continuous support for the university and the university family. He also appreciated the work done and is being done by the Social Services Committee within the framework of social support for university members.
The University President stressed the need to take care of digitizing the work of the Social Services Committee and all the needs of the university family.
The head of the Social Services Committee gave a presentation on the various activities provided by the committee, and all unions appreciated the work of the Social Services Committee in everything that meets the needs of the university family.
During this meeting, various issues were studied and discussed.
