* File configuration *The nomination file must contain the following documents: – A written request to participate (include personal phone number and email). – A copy of the required certificate or qualification. (For graduates of vocational training centers, the required qualification must be attached B: (A school certificate proving the academic level: the third year of secondary education in full, and an administrative certificate proving the duration and vocational training pattern). – A residence certificate proving the candidate’s residence in a municipality in the El Oued Province – A copy of the document proving the candidate’s status towards national service – A copy of the national identification document. * Every employee nominated in competitions based on tests must attach the following documents to his candidacy file: * He pledged to resign in the event of success in the competition; * The application to participate in the competition bears the approval of the original administration; * Final successful candidates in the competition must complete their administrative files with all other documents, in particular: - Original birth certificate. - Family status certificate, if necessary. – Two medical certificates (general medicine and thoracic medicine). - (02) Solar photographs.
