The Secretary General of the University chairs a coordination meeting with the General Secretaries of the colleges

 
Today, June 3, 2024, the Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Shawqi Mudallal, under the guidance of the Director of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, chaired in his office a coordination meeting with the Deputy Director of the University in charge of Pedagogy, Professor Manai Bashir. The meeting was attended by the Sub-Director of Budget and Accounting, the Sub-Director of Means and Maintenance, the official of the University Networks Center and the trustees. General colleges.
The Secretary-General opened the meeting and stressed the importance of the concerns presented on the agenda. On the pedagogical issue, the Vice Chancellor for Pedagogy presented the dates of discussions and the concerns of concluding the university year in all its aspects and preparing for the next academic year and the university’s open days.
The Secretary-General stressed the security situation at the university and gave strict instructions on the necessity of taking all security measures that enhance security on the campus. The Sub-Director of Budget and Accounting also presented the budgetary concerns of all colleges.
The Secretary-General opened the floor for discussion on the outlined agenda and addressed all concerns of concern to the university family and various colleges and departments.
