Under the Erasmus+ KA 171 program, the University of El Oued announces a Mobility for second-year Master and PhD students to Riga Technical University in Latvia.

Applicants must have a minimum general average of 12.5 for acceptance. Nominated students will receive notification from the RTU Erasmus+ coordinator to complete the RTU online application. Candidates are required to submit all necessary supporting documents through the online application platform
Conditionally approved students will be notified and interviewed by RTU. Successful candidates will receive instructions to prepare their Learning Agreement in collaboration with their home institution's Erasmus+ coordinator.
