Martyr Hama Lakhdar University - El Oued - is the first university to launch a special website for five-star students within the framework of the policy pursued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research related to digitization, and to encourage students to contribute to the positive movement within university life with all its scientific, pedagogical and cultural dimensions and on the occasion of the celebration of the 67th anniversary of Student Day.
