This department undertakes the following tasks :

Investigating and collecting the necessary information to prepare development plans in order to implement investment projects, whether in the field of construction or equipment.

Proposal: According to needs, the central departments of the Guardian Ministry should register investment projects in the field of construction or equipment.

Preparing and preparing, after the approval of the relevant Ministry, the legal mechanisms and procedures for implementing the projects to be implemented (books of conditions for programmed projects, publicity through national advertisements for the purpose of competition, preparation of agreements and deals resulting from the competition after evaluating the offers of exhibiting institutions).

Field and financial follow-up after launching the implementation of registered development projects.

Receiving completed projects, whether they are centrally managed (the project is managed by the university directorate) or non-central (the project is managed by the governor of the state).
