The Director of El Oued University holds a preparatory meeting to open the new medical annex. Today, July 9, 2023, the Director of the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, chaired an organizational meeting dedicated to discussing the preparations underway to open the medical annex at the university. The meeting was attended by the Vice-Directors of the University in charge of External Relations, Professor Habib Kaddah, and the Vice-Director in charge of Scientific Research and Training in the Third Phase, Professor Boubaker Mansour.
