Tasks of the Statistics and Forecasting Department

The mission of the Statistics and Foresight Service is to collect and count everything related to our institution and its status as a university, from censuses of students, professors, workers and all structures, whether pedagogical, including structures to support pedagogy or administrative, offices for workers or offices for professors, and everything related to the pedagogical aspect, from censuses of colleges and the departments that make them up, as well as censuses of all existing departments and specializations and their development over the years.
Its mission is also limited to the foresight process, which means a set of expectations that are assumed for future development and are always based on what is present in the present, with a set of proposals that are studied by the concerned officials who are aware of the existing data or supports (teachers, workers, pedagogical structures, etc.) and thus the proposals come for the future.
The Statistics and Forecasting Department is responsible for the following:
1- Collecting the necessary elements to prepare university development projects.
2- Conducting any prospective study on the expected development of the student population and proposing the necessary measures to take care of them, especially with regard to pedagogical and administrative supervision.
3- Maintaining and updating the university’s statistical card with regard to: students, workers, professors, economic operators, economic projects and financial statistics.
