University of Ouargla participates in awareness days on memorandum projects and those registered within the framework of Ministerial Resolution 1275 at Ouargla University
Today, Monday, January 15, 2024, the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar at the University of Ouargla participated in the awareness days on the projects of memoranda and those registered within the framework of Ministerial Resolution 1275, which is supervised by members of the National Coordinating Committee for Monitoring Innovation and Business Incubators, over the course of two days, 15-16 of this month. The University of Oued was represented by the Vice-Rectors of the University for Pedagogy, Professor Bashir Manai, Dr. Mohamed Fouad Farhat, in charge of external relations and director of the business incubator, and the Vice-Deans of Studies, interface officials, department heads, and in the presence of professors, students, and representatives of economic partners.
This campaign aims to introduce Ministerial Resolution 1275 Certificate - Startup Certificate Patent Certificate and enrich the discussion around it to facilitate its implementation. This Resolution 1275 comes within the framework of the keenness of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Kamal Baddari, by crystallizing the vision of the President of the Republic on improving the performance of the higher education and scientific research system and integrating the university by exploiting its scientific and cognitive mission in reviving the national economy and driving the wheel of social and economic development of the country. The pedagogical path for the academic year 2022/2023 was also evaluated at all scientific and technical levels, and a discussion took place on all the very important proposals of the meeting.
