El Oued Judicial Council and Martyr Hamou Lakhdar University organize a study day on the legal protection of agricultural lands

Within the framework of the joint cooperation agreement, today, February 8, 2023, the El Oued Judicial Council and the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar-El Oued, represented by the Faculty of Law and Political Science, organized a training study day for judges on the legal protection of agricultural lands in the Mediatheque Hall at the University of El Oued. The study day was opened by the University Director, Professor Omar Farhati, in the presence of the President of the El Oued Judicial Council, the Attorney General of the El Oued Judicial Council, the Commander of the Regional Group of the National Gendarmerie, the Head of the State Security, the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, Professor Mekki Draji, the Head of the Law Department, Dr. Othman Houidak, the Director of Agricultural Services, the Director of State Property, the Director of the Forestry Department, and a number of members of the judiciary, security, and the National Gendarmerie.

The study day on the legal protection of agricultural lands was attended by notary professors, judicial officers, the president of the Traders Union, the director of the National Office of Agricultural Lands in El Meghair, a group of real estate experts, architects, and a number of students from the Faculty of Law and Political Science.

This training study day aims to raise concerns, problems and ways of legally protecting and addressing agricultural lands. Many lectures were given in the same context.
