The director of El Oued University inspects the central library facilities
Today, January 11, 2024, Mr. President of the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, inspected the facilities of the Central Library, accompanied by the Secretary General of the University and the Director of Resources and Equipment. He was received by the Director of the Library, Ms. Adila Jabou, along with the administrative staff of the library. The University President and the accompanying delegation toured the various facilities of the library, where the Library Official presented him with a logistical inventory of the Central Library's need for the necessary equipment to ensure a qualitative activity for its various facilities, especially those related to scientific services directed to the benefit of students and researchers.
According to the Director, the Central Library has 13,691 book titles, totaling 35,626 copies, including 30 titles for people with high aspirations, in Braille, totaling 58 copies. The library also contains 560 doctoral theses, 398 master's theses, 4,410 master's theses, and 215 scientific journals.
