L’Université d’El Oued a le plaisir d’informer ses étudiants et jeunes professionnels du lancement du MENA Scholarship Programme (MSP), offert par l’institut de l’eau IHE Delft aux Pays-Bas, dans le cadre de la coopération

internationale « GCP/INT/29/NET-WaPOR phase II »

Ce programme est spécialement destiné aux jeunes professionnels travaillant dans le domaine de la gestion de l’eau. Les participants sélectionnés bénéficieront d’un soutien financier pour suivre des cours de courte durée
