A meeting with the Russian University of Naberezhnye Chelny to open a Russian language learning center in Algeria and an annex to the University of the Valley
 
Today, Tuesday, September 5, 2023, the Rector of the University of Shahid Hama Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, and his Deputy for External Relations, Professor Qeda Al-Habib, participated in a remote meeting that included the Director and Directors of the Russian University of Naberezhnye Chelny, the Deputy Director of the University of Biskra for Scientific Research, Professor Salim Bitam, and the Deputy Director of the University of Algiers 2, Professor Asmaa Kassid. The meeting discussed all aspects and preparations for the opening of the Russian Language Learning Center at the University of Algiers 2 and an annex to the Center at the University of the Valley and the University of Biskra. The meeting also discussed all the logistical and pedagogical aspects of study at the center, and the date and program of the visit of the Director of the Russian Language University of Naberezhnye Chelny and her accompanying delegation to the opening of the Russian Language Learning Center in Algeria, programmed by From 12 to 29 September 2023, during the meeting and in the details of the pedagogical and research work of professors and students, the Russian delegation appreciated what was presented by the Director of the University of Oued, Professor Omar Farhati, regarding many suggestions and solutions to some problems, especially in the field of supervision at the center and the annexes of Oued and Biskra. Representatives of the University of Algiers 2 and the University of Biskra also discussed Biskra addresses all these aspects from important angles, and they are all in the service of our students, their training, and their security. 
 This partnership between the Algerian universities, represented by the University of the Valley, the University of Algiers 2, the University of Biskra, and the Russian University of Naberezhnye Chelny, falls within the framework of the Ministry’s endeavor and the instructions of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Kamal Badari, to create an effective partnership and twinning that contributes to the visibility of the Algerian university, the development of scientific research, and openness to the scientific field. And international research, improving capabilities and their distinction, producing scientific and practical opportunities for our students, achieving the university’s goals in this vital field, and mastering languages is one of its tools.
