Al Wadi University Social Services conducts the summer trips draw for the 2022 summer season
This evening, Monday, June 13, 2022, the members of the Social Services Office at the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar El Oued supervised the draw for summer trips for the 2022 summer season in its three batches, which start from July 17, 2022 until August 22, 2022, via two destinations in eastern and western Algeria, represented by the city of Jijel in the east and the city of Mostaganem and Oran in the west.
As Dr. Abdelkader Hima, head of the university's Social Services Committee, put forward, the total number of requests exceeded the offers submitted by the committee and its specific capabilities for trips, as well as the overlap of requests in the type of batch selection, so the committee resorted to the lottery process to provide a very high degree of transparency and serve all users of the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar in El Oued. The lottery process was also attended by the committee's chairman, committee members, and the university's media and communication committee.
The draw resulted in the arrangement of the requests according to the offers, with each batch being arranged from the first number to the last request. The number of beneficiaries from the batch to each destination was chosen. The process was carried out in a strict technical manner, from displaying the registrations electronically and reviewing them to the final ordering process.
The results of the draw will be announced through the Social Services Committee portal located at the site of the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar in El Oued.
The committee also requested all beneficiaries whose names were announced to go to the Social Services Committee office to complete the procedures within a period not exceeding Thursday, June 16, 2022. If this announced date is exceeded, the benefit will be automatically cancelled and replaced by the reserve announced in the list.
