The University of El Oued delegation visits the Russian KAMAZ truck factory. The Director of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar-El Oued, Professor Omar Farhati, and the accompanying delegation paid a field visit to the KAMAZ truck manufacturing plant located in the Russian region of Naberezhnye Chelny.
