Participation of the Rector of El Oued University in the International Educational Forum “Education: Facts and Prospects” at the University of Naberezhnye Chelny, Russia Mr. Rector of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, and his accompanying delegation participated in the 11th Open International Educational Forum “Education: Facts and Prospects” at the Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University, where the forum brought together more than a thousand participants from different regions of Russia and foreign countries (Algeria, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, India, Iran, China, Turkey).
