  A delegation from the Russian University of Napier-Genie, Chile, on a scientific visit to the University of El Oued. Within the framework of cooperation and exchange between the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar and the Russian University of Napier-Genie, Chile, the Director of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, and his Deputy for External Relations, Professor Qaddah Al-Habib, received today the delegation of the Russian University, headed by the President of the University, Professor Galiak Perova Al-Finor. The visit includes, in its intensive program, the opening of the Russian corner for learning the Russian language at the Intensive Language Education Center of the University of El Oued, a visit to the Higher School of Desert Agriculture, the University Business Incubator, and the Research Center Unit for Renewable Energy.
