Specialized committees at El Oued University study student candidacy files According to the instructions of the Director of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, specialized committees are working on arranging and directing the study of all candidacy files to enter the third year of the Bachelor's degree and the first and second years of the Master's degree and for holders of the University Applied Studies Certificate.
