The Vice-Deanship of El Oued University for Training in the Third Phase and Scientific Research evaluates the in-person training of newly trained professors
Today, 06/21/2022, Mr. Vice-Director of the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar, in charge of training in the third phase and scientific research, Professor Dr. Boubaker Mansour, supervised the activation of a final evaluation session for the in-person training of newly hired professors in the training hall of the central library.
The evaluation session covered many topics that were discussed and some opinions were suggested about them. These topics touched on the organizational aspects, the content of the material presented, the training method, the relationship with the host institution, the personal experience of the professor, and the prospects for developing training in the future. The session witnessed extensive discussions and constructive suggestions from the professors present.
