The University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar El Oued announces the opening of a preparatory training course and complementary training before promotion for the benefit of employees of institutions.
And public administrations and regional groups, starting from October 2023 in the following ranks:
Supplementary training before promotion to ranks belonging to public institutions and administrations for the following ranks:

The concerned departments must apply to the university training center, attaching the following documents:
- A request for participation addressed to the University President.
- The training agreement signed by the director of the relevant institution, withdrawn from the training center or downloaded from the university website.
- Decision to open the training course in the relevant ranks.
- Approval of the Public Service Inspectorate’s interests in professional ranks according to the applicable regulations.
- The nominal list of candidates *digital* (name and surname, date and place of birth, training rank, telephone number, e-mail of the candidates).
- A copy of the national identity card.
- A photo.
