El Oued University wins first place in the Tunisian-Algerian Student Festival

After the student Zalouma Mohamed Al-Habib was crowned in the marathon competition, the artist-student Salah El-Din Kadouri won the mural painting competition, specializing in Arabic calligraphy, at the Tunisian-Algerian student festival in Kairouan, where he received a distinguished appreciation from the jury consisting of the international artist Safwan Milad and a committee of the best artists. The student also received a special appreciation. Aya Warda ranked second in mural painting, specializing in plastic arts.
By the way, the Director of the University of Chahid Hama Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, honored the Director of the University of Kairouan, Professor Taha Guerfal, the Director of the Higher Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology of Kairouan, Professor Hadi Dhouibi, and Mr. Nizar Haddadi, the Governor of the Festival. The honor was presented on his behalf by Mr. Zidane Bashir, the Sub-Director of Activities of the University of the Valley. The festival also honored the Director of the Festival.
