Al Wadi University offers training workshops at the (Souf Youth Forum) of the Supreme Council for Youth.

The University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar and its university campus participated in the Souf Youth Forum organized by the Supreme Council for Youth in the Wilaya of El Oued, represented by the University Director, Professor Omar Farhati, the Director of the Higher School of Agriculture, Professor Qaddah Al-Habib, the Director of University Services, Jamal Quraisha, and university executives, including the Vice-Directors, Deans, and Professors, who presented training workshops, in the presence of the President of the Supreme Council for Youth, Mustafa Hidawi, the Governor of the Wilaya of El Oued, Saeed Akrouf, the President of the Wilaya People's Assembly, Azzedine Hassani, the civil and military authorities, the executives of the Supreme Council for Youth, and representatives of civil society.
The forum included several topics, the most important of which were:
Empowering youth in desert agriculture, programming, artificial intelligence, empowering effective associations to advance community work, services of the National Employment Agency, political youth elected to local councils and their role in development.
