El Oued University organizes a historical symposium on the occasion of the Ramadan massacres
Today, April 17, 2024, at the University of the Martyr Hama Lakhdar, the governor of the state, Mr. Saeed Akhrouf, supervised the launch of the historical symposium on the occasion of the April Ramadan massacres in the Wadsouf region, coinciding with the commemoration of Flag Day, which was organized by the History Department of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences in coordination with the Mujahideen Organization and the Mujahid Museum in El Oued in the presence of Messrs. The President of the State Popular Council, the University Rector, Professor Omar Farhati, the Dean of the College of Social and Human Sciences, the college administrators, the Director of the Mujahideen, the State Secretary of the Mujahideen Organization, the State Secretary of the Sons of Martyrs Organization, and a group of representatives of the revolutionary family, professors, researchers, and students of the History Department.
Live testimonies and eyewitnesses from the region's Mujahideen were heard.
This symposium was moderated by a group of professors, and there were many interventions and contributions from the attendees.
