The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research received an invitation to apply from the Embassy of France in Algeria (a copy is attached in the attached document), which includes information and financial details about the offer of twenty-five (25) scholarships for the benefit of Algerian students applying for a Master’s degree 2 and who meet the necessary conditions to continue their studies.
