The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that it has received a letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad stating that the Saudi side has announced the provision of free long-term educational scholarships for the benefit of Algerian students in various specializations available at Saudi universities in PhD levelWithin the framework of the “Study in Saudi Arabia” program.
