A Slovak delegation on a scientific visit to the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar - El Oued -
Within the framework of the Erasmus mobility program and the effectiveness of the scientific and research mobility of the University of El Oued, the Slovak delegation consisting of professors and researchers in the field of chemistry, Professor Haydary Juma and Professor Spanik Ivan from the Slovak University of Technology of Bratislava Slovakia, representatives of the International Relations Office, Erasmus Office, Mr. Lucia Miadokova and Lapsanka Alzbeta, and three doctoral students visited the technical laboratories of the university. Within the scientific visit program, the laboratory of desert resources, their promotion and technology at the Faculty of Technology, the laboratory of modeling and digital simulation, the laboratory of exploitation and valuation of desert energy resources at the Faculty of Exact Sciences, the laboratory of histology and the laboratory of Covid at the Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences, and the laboratory of anatomy at the medical annex.
Under the supervision of the Director of El Oued University, Professor Omar Farhati, the delegation was accompanied by his Deputy for External Relations, Dr. Mohamed Fouad Farhat, the deans of the faculties, and a group of professors, where they were given explanations about the scientific laboratories, research devices, and existing equipment.
In the College of Economics, Business and Management Sciences, Dr. Nasr Dahda gave a presentation and an introductory summary about the University of El Oued, followed by a presentation by Dr. Attia Abdel Malek about the College of Science and Technology, while Dr. Youssef Rajab gave a presentation about the Department of Methods Engineering at the College of Technology Sciences.
The meeting was opened by the Vice President of the University in charge of External Relations, Dr. Farhat, who welcomed the attendees. The scientific visit is considered within the framework of exchange and cooperation between the two universities.
The delegation will give lectures in the field of chemistry in the lecture hall of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences.
