A delegation from the University of El Oued participates in Erasmus Plus Week at the Slovak Technological University

A delegation from the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar El Oued participated in the fourth edition of the Erasmus Plus Training Week, hosted by the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, from April 22 to 26, 2024. The delegation included the Vice-Rector of the University for External Relations, Dr. Mohamed Fouad Farhat, in addition to a group of professors and employees.
The course covered several important topics in the field of higher education and scientific research, including the use of artificial intelligence in university administration, and international student and academic mobility within the framework of Erasmus mobility programmes.
In addition, the Vice-Rector for External Relations and Cooperation held coordination meetings to prepare for an international project in the field of sustainable development of desert areas. During these meetings, the delegation visited the chemistry laboratories of the same university, with the aim of exchanging expertise and experiences in this vital field.
This presence comes as part of the scientific and cultural exchange and international cooperation between Wadi University and the Slovak University of Technology, as Wadi University received a delegation from the Slovak University last March, reflecting the commitment of the two universities to strengthening academic and cultural ties between them.
This communication and exchange is expected to contribute to enhancing mutual understanding, developing the academic and research capabilities of both universities, and strengthening cultural ties between students and staff.
