By organizing workshops and educational sessions, the university aims to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate and utilize basic services effectively, including healthcare, education, and social support systems. These efforts are particularly focused on addressing the needs of underprivileged and marginalized groups, ensuring inclusivity and equity in service access.
A Free Training Session for Female Residents

In coordination with the Souf Academy, a free training course was held for the benefit of female residents. The event took place at Soufia Bachir unversity residence.
A three-days free training session by Professor Maamara
On the morning of May 19, 2023, the curtain came down on the free training session led by Professor Ghofrane Maamara under the supervision of the Souf Academy School. The three-day session, which was attended by 33 students, focused on the following topics:
- How to write a CV and apply for a job
- Financial management
- 21st century skills
The session was well-received by the students, especially those who are about to graduate.
The session concluded with thanks to all those who contributed to the organization of the session and wishes of success for everyone in their exams and dissertations.

Meeting to organize the catering process for external students and staff of the University of El Oued
On October 4, 2023, the Rector of the University of El Oued, Professor Omar Ferahti, chaired a coordination meeting to organize the catering process in the university restaurants for external students and university staff, including administrators and professors.
The meeting was attended by the Director of University Services, the Secretary General of the University, and the social partners represented by the President of the Wilaya Office of the National Independent Union of Higher Education Employees, the Coordinator of the National Council of Higher Education Teachers at the University of El Oued Branch, the Coordinator of the Local Branch of University Professors at the University, and the Coordinator of the Local Branch of the General Union of Algerian Workers at the University.
During the meeting, the University Rector stressed the importance that the university attaches to the catering of external students and staff, including administrators and professors. He praised the efforts made by the Director of University Services and his staff to improve the service aspect for students and to coordinate work with the university administration so that the pedagogical and service aspects are in harmony and serve the student.
The participants intervened to enrich the points of the meeting and to present some proposals. The social partner also praised the fruitful work and the clear effort made by the university administration, led by the University Rector and the Director of University Services.
The meeting resulted in the organization of the catering process for external students and university staff according to a minutes of the meeting signed by the University Rector and the Director of University Services. The catering process for students and staff was organized according to their faculties and according to the following schedule:

A workshop on the duties of laboratory technicians working as employees of the Technology and Exact Sciences Faculty at the University of El Oued.
Today, March 20, 2023, attending the opening of the workshop sessions on the duties of laboratory technicians working as employees of the Faculty of Technology and Exact Sciences at the University of El Oued, coordinated with the Sub-Directorate of personal, and under the supervision of the head of the technical department- Engineer category-, Ms. Ghoul Faiza and lab technicians. This workshop was monitored by Dr. Khechkhouch Abdelrahman, covering both theoretical and practical aspects. The theoretical part focused on familiarizing participants with laboratory regulations and valuing the experience of laboratory engineers, as well as exploring the prospects of the laboratory field. As for the practical part, it involved demonstrating how to inspect laboratory equipment.
The aim of the offered training is to familiarize participants with the duties of laboratory technicians.
