Discussion of the First LMD Doctoral Thesis in the Faculty of Law and Political Science via the Progress System
In implementation of the recommendations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the first doctoral thesis in the third cycle (L.M.D) was discussed today, Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of El Oued – in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Dr. Mekki Derradji. The discussion was held via the Progress system, which was recently developed by the supervisory authorities to facilitate and streamline the administrative procedures related to the discussion.
The doctoral thesis entitled “The Civil Liability of the Electronic Supplier under Law No. 18-05” was prepared by the student Khemgani Karima under the supervision of Professor Dr. Dris Kamal Fathi and under the supervision of a discussion committee headed by Professor Dr. Ilham Ben Khalifa. This is the first discussion via the Progress system in the Faculty of Law and Political Science, which indicates the involvement of the university’s bodies, institutions, and family in this new approach. A series of discussions via this system are expected in the coming days.
