Mr. Djamel Guerricha, rector of University Services of El Oued, participated in the regional seminar for the Eastern region on the reform of both the higher education and the university services sectors. The seminar was organized by the rectorate of University Services of Khenchela.
Mr. Guerricha was joined by the heads of departments and directors of university residences.
