Training Workshop on Ministerial Decision 1275

University of Ouargla Kasdi Merbah and the National Coordinating Committee for Monitoring Innovation and University Business Incubators organized a training workshop on May 7, 2023, as part of Ministerial Decision 1275.
The workshop was opened by Professor Mohamed Tahar Halilates, Director of the University of Ouargla Kasdi Merbah. He spoke about the new vision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on startups and Decision 1275.
This was followed by a presentation by Professor Fathi Khalfaoui, Director of the University Incubator, who stressed the importance of this workshop, which is specifically aimed at students of the University of Ouargla who have projects.
Professor chaban beatich , Coordinator of the Eastern Incubators, then presented the efforts of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to support students in obtaining their own startups, and the efforts of the National Coordinating Committee for Monitoring Innovation and University Business Incubators to support students in completing projects registered under Decision 1275.
The workshop began with a presentation by Dr. Mohamed Fouad, Member of the National Coordinating Committee for Monitoring Innovation and University Business Incubators and Director of the Business Incubator of the University of Shahid Hamma Lakhdar El Oued, on “Mechanisms for Registering Patents”. This included:
The concept of invention and the concept of protection.
Searching patent databases.
How to file a patent application.
Advantages of obtaining a patent
The second part of the workshop was presented by Professor chaban beatich , Coordinator of the Eastern Incubators, on a guide to the graduation thesis within Decision 1275 and the technical sheet of the project.
The workshop included discussions and interventions from students and professors.
