The Rector of the University of El Oued and the Administrative and Pedagogical Staff Share the Ramadan Iftar Meal with the Students of the Moussaoui Mebrouk Residence
On Tuesday evening, April 18, 2023, Professor Omar Farhati, the Rector of the University of El Oued, accompanied by the administrative and pedagogical staff of the university, shared the collective Iftar meal with the students of the Moussaoui Mebrouk university residence at the residence’s restaurant.
The Iftar table also included the Vice-Rectors of the University, the General Secretary , the Deans of the Faculties, the Director of University Services, Mr. Djamel Guericha, the Deputy Director of Scientific, Cultural and Sports Activities, the Rectors of the University Residences and their staff, as well as representatives of the student organizations.
The collective Iftar meal with the students aims to express the spirit of solidarity, feelings of empathy, and the mutual spiritual feeling in this holy month within the university.
The official delegation of the university exchanged conversations with the students. The Rector of the University also thanked the Director of the Moussaoui Mebrouk Residence and all the workers and staff of the university services for their dedication in serving the students and compensating them for the warmth of their families’ Ramadan gatherings, which reflects the values of solidarity, love, and compassion in this holy month.
Last Wednesday, the Saleh Haddou Residence hosted a collective Iftar meal that was attended by the local authorities, headed by the Wali of the Wilaya, the Vice-President of the Wilaya People’s Assembly, the staff of the Wilaya, and the administrative and pedagogical staff of the university, led by the Rector of the University.
