Within the framework of the strategic digitalization plan, a training program for 120 educators on distance learning methods and techniques began on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at the Abu Qasim Saad Allah Grand Lecture Hall. The program is under the guidance of university president Professor Omar Ferhati and coordinated by the local committee for implementing distance education led by Dr. Djaalab Mohamed Salah.
The first workshop was led by Dr. Miloudi Mounir in the field of distance education pedagogy and by Dr. Bebouche Mohammed Larbi in cloud content management. The program will progress with a sequence of training sessions spread over five days, encompassing the online lessons platform, the “OPALE” lesson preparation software, and the “VUE” concept mapping program instructed by a group of university specialists in this area.
The primary goal of this course is to provide instructors with the expertise and abilities needed to proficiently execute distance education approaches and techniques.
