Second Semester Exams Begin at the University of Martyr Hamou Lkhder – El Oued
El Oued, Algeria – On Saturday, May 20, 2023, the second semester exams for the regular session of the 2022-2023 academic year began at the University of Martyr Hamou Lkhder in El Oued. The exams kicked off under very good conditions, with Professor Bashir Menaï, Vice-Rector of the University in charge of pedagogy, overseeing the start of the exams.
