General Secretary of the University of El Oued Holds Meeting with General Secretaries and Laboratory Directors
On April 16, 2023, Mr. the general secretary of the University of Eloued Chaouki Medellel held a coordination meeting in the meeting room with the general secretaries and laboratory directors of the colleges and the sub-director of the budget.
The meeting was dedicated to studying and discussing the management of new mechanisms for the laboratory budget. The general secretary . of the University opened the floor for discussion and gave instructions and guidelines on the management of the budget and the distribution of financial allocations granted to each laboratory based on the old code in coordination with the new code. He invited the attendees to be disciplined and keen on management and to bear . full responsibility. He also asked each secretary to hold a working session with the director of his or her laboratory to raise their questions and suggestions.
The laboratory directors responded by raising their concerns and suggestions on a number of issues related to the budget distribution process.
