Under the supervision of the Director of the University of Martyr Hamou Lkhder El Oued, Professor Omar Ferhatti, the University of Martyr Hamou Lkhder El Oued Business Incubator announces the launch of an awareness campaign on the implementation mechanisms of Ministerial Decision No. 1275 dated September 27, 2022, related to the project of a Memorandum of Graduation of a Start-up – Patent.
