University of El Oued Organizes Training Course for 600 Distinguished Students to Obtain Star Certificate
On Monday, June 19, 2023, the University of Shahid Hamma Lakhdar took the initiative to organize a training course in the Grand Lecture Hall of Aboulkasem Saad Allah for the benefit of 600 students who represent the top students in their classes in all specialties at the university’s eight faculties.
The two-day training course was inaugurated by the university president, Professor Omar Ferhat, and attended by the coordinator of the committee, Professor Kaddah Habib, the university vice president for external relations, and the committee chairman, Dr. Faraj Abdelhamid, and the committee members, Professors Ibrahim Dhahabi and Idriss Salmi.
According to the chairman of the 5-Star Student Certificate Committee, this course is part of the scientific and pedagogical support for students nominated for the 5-Star Student Certificate. The meeting was organized through the administrative and organizational structures of the university, represented by the House of Entrepreneurship, the Sub-Directorate of Cultural, Scientific and Sports Activities, and the Activities Offices at the level of the faculties.
According to the chairman, the course is aimed at first-year master’s students in all faculties and specialties. It will be supervised by Professors Mufid Abdel Latif, Director of the House of Entrepreneurship, and Latifa Bekouche on the theme of self-employment and start-ups. The course will be followed by other activities of a social and solidarity nature, such as volunteer campaigns, with the aim of creating a positive dynamic for students in all aspects of university life.
