A training Workshop in Information Technology for People with Disabilities at the University of El Oued
Today, January 30, 2023, Professor Omar Ferhati, the Rector of the University of El Oued, accompanied by Mr. Djamel GUERRICHA, the Vice-Rector for University Services, and the University’s Vice-Rector for External Relations, Professor Guedda El-Habib and for Development and Foresight, Dr. Lassoued Abdelhalim, as well as the Vice-Rector for Pedagogy, Professor Bachir Mennai, and the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Languages, Professor Dalal Ouachen, presided over the opening of a training course on “Information Technology for High-Level Disabilities,” which lasts for two days on the second floor of the Faculty of Arts and Languages Library. The opening was attended by the Head of Monitoring and Coordination Services, professors, and employees. the workshop was organized by the Central Library, coordinated by Ms. Jabbou Adila, under the supervision of Ms. Goual Faiza, and in coordination with the Responsible for the Library for the Visually Impaired with Disabilities, Ms. Jaddi Laila.
Facilitating the workshop were Dr. Hassan Assas and Mr. Abdelouahab Akabi from Batna University, with ten students with high-level disabilities participating in the workshop.
In his speech, the Rector emphasized that all university resources are dedicated to serving this active group which has demonstrated to everyone that the administration creates success and excellence.
