Installation of Certified Accountants for the Faculties of El Oued University
On September 13, 2023, Mr. Omar Farahti, Rector of El Oued University, accompanied by representatives of the Treasury of the wilaya of El Oued Mr. Lazhari Belaid, Head of the Monitoring and Investigations Unit at the Treasury, and Mr. Djamal Add, Accounting Officer at the Treasury, and in the presence of Mr. Chawki Medellel, Secretary General of the University, Mr. Ahmed Said Nine, Chief Accountant of the University, Mrs. Afef Zaghouda, Sub-Accountant of the University, and Mr. Hassan Daif, supervised the installation of Mrs. Massouda Ghabni, Certified Accountant Second Class, at the Faculties of Exact Sciences, Economic and Commercial Sciences, and Management Sciences, and the installation of Mrs. Malika Bahiya, Certified Accountant Second Class, at the three Faculties of Law and Political Science, Technology, and Social and Human Sciences.
With the installation of the certified accountants, the university and its faculties have been strengthened by an additional force that contributes to the good functioning of the general budget department and the accompaniment and improvement of the university institution in light of the objectives set by the supervising ministry.
The representatives of the Treasury also praised the university’s excellent budget management and its strict compliance with the regulations, which was confirmed by the University Rector regarding the positivity of joint work within the framework of the law and the common goal of controlling and improving the budget side of the university.
