Preparatory Meeting for the Visit of the Label-E-Dras Committee to the University of El Oued
On June 11, 2023, the Vice-Rector for Pedagogy of the University of Chahid Hamma Lakhdar, Professor Bachir Menaï, held a preparatory meeting for the visit of the Label-E-Dras Committee to Algeria. The meeting was attended by the Vice-Rectors for Scientific Research, Development and Foresight, the Director of University Services, the Heads of the Quality and Visibility Cell of the University, the Director of the Entrepreneurship House, the Director of Activities, the Heads of the Systems and Networks Center and the International Cooperation Officers. The meeting was held in the meeting room of the central administration.
The meeting discussed all the preparations for the visit of the Label-E-Dras Committee, which will visit the university and assess the conditions necessary to welcome international students and encourage them to study at the University of El Oued. The meeting discussed in detail all the points, constraints and possibilities available at the University of Chahid Hamma Lakhdar, both in terms of pedagogy and services. The attendees discussed the scientific and research issues, the quality of education, the services, accommodation and living conditions, and the preparation of all the necessary conditions to welcome international students. The aim is to modernize the Algerian university and open it up to the international community and to produce world-class results.
