Today, Tuesday, March 14, 2023, The concluding the National Training Seminars on public procurement system at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of El Oued. The event was characterized by the presentation of practical interventions, including forward questions posed by Mr. Cherif Bonfela, a financial controller from the city of Biskra, titled “Adapted Procedures,” and another intervention by Mr. Abdelrazak Bedjaoui from the General Inspectorate at the Ministry of Finance, titled “Supervision of the General Inspectorate of Finance and the Supervision of the Audit Board.”
The symposium sessions included serious discussions from which university officials, university staff, and employees of various sectors such as education and local government benefited. In conclusion, the dean of the faculty, Dr. Mekki Derragi, delivered a closing speech thanking the participating professors who addressed topics that enriched the discussions and answered numerous questions. He also thanked the attendees from the university’s staff and employees working in the field of public procurement for their presence.
He emphasized that after the resounding success of the symposium, the university looks forward to hosting another series of similar National Training seminars and workshops on public procurement in the near future, which will encompass all external sectors. Following this, certificates were distributed to the participants, marking the concluding of the event.
