Policy Statement :

The University of El Oued is committed to fostering a culture of lifelong learning that is inclusive, equitable, and accessible to all members of society. This policy aligns with the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s national framework, as outlined in the “Charte des Éthiques Universitaires.” The university emphasizes adherence to these ethical and operational standards, ensuring that lifelong learning is a pillar of sustainable development in Algeria.

  1. Accessibility for All: Guarantee that lifelong learning opportunities are inclusive of all individuals, regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability, immigration status, or gender.
