Training Course on the Digital Clearance Platform at the Central Library of the University of El Oued
In implementation of the program of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the recommendations of the University President, Professor Omar Farhati, to provide the best digital services to students, the University President inaugurated today, May 30, 2023, accompanied by the Vice-Presidents, the training course on the creation of a dedicated clearance platform under the supervision of the Director of the Central Library, Mrs. Djabou Adila, in the discussion room of the library and in the presence of the staff of the central library and all the staff of the faculty libraries.
In his speech, the University President praised the efforts made by the Director and all the staff in the animation of the digital repository system DSPACE and in the field of book counting, calling for more efforts to improve and develop digital services at the central and faculty libraries and for the follow-up and discipline of all staff to bring the university to the top rankings in all fields. He also thanked the trainees for their excellence and their work as a team, which is the secret of the excellence and success of the University of Shahid Hamma Lakhdar. He also wished everyone success and benefit from the training course on the digital clearance platform, which aims to benefit our students and facilitate the procedures.
The course was supervised by the engineer Dr. Kara Mustafa, who gave detailed explanations of the working method to enable the student to obtain the clearance with great ease. The trainees also interacted on the technical procedures of the platform and how it works.
