Scientific internships abroad for the year 2023: Professor El Habib GUEDDA emphasized the importance of all beneficiaries completing their scientific internships during the 2023 financial year. The Deputy Deans presented statistics on the completion rates of interns in each faculty and stressed the need to schedule the use of internships within the specified period, ensuring their completion before December 31, 2023.

Scientific events and their classification: The Vice-Rector discussed the indexing of scientific events and the university’s President’s directives on digitizing scientific events and their management. He emphasized the mandatory digitization of the management of scientific events, highlighting the commitment of the conference director to digital management and the importance of digital indexing in publishing papers nationally and internationally in classified journals, if possible. Additionally, he suggested studying the possibility of requiring scientific journals to publish some of the papers presented at the conference, ensuring they are subject to review and publication.

Agreements: Professor GUEDDA noted the university’s openness to entering into agreements and encouraged suggestions from the faculties. He stressed the need to activate these agreements, establish mechanisms for their follow-up and revitalization. He proposed forming a committee in each faculty for follow-up and indicated the scheduling of sessions for specific activities to find mechanisms for activating these agreements. He also encouraged professors to participate in conferences and other events.
The attendees discussed several concerns raised on the agenda, reviewed all observations, and addressed any issues.
