Coordination Meeting with Naberezhnye Chelny University to Open a Russian Language Center in Algeria and a Branch at the University of El Oued
On Wednesday, June 21, 2023, Professor Omar Farhati, Director of the University of Martyr Hamou Laghdar, and Professor Kaddour Habib, Vice-Rector for Foreign Relations, participated in a remote meeting with officials from Naberezhnye Chelny University, Professor Mahmoud Dabash, Director of the University of Biskra, and Professor Asmaa Kaced, Vice-Director of the University of Algiers 2.
The meeting discussed the preparations for the opening of the Russian Language Center in the capital and the general conditions for study. The center is expected to open in September 2023, and the possibility of opening branches in El Oued and Biskra in January 2024 will be studied.
