رئيس الجامعة يشيد بجودة التعليم لطلبة الفيزياء الطبية
On Monday, June 5, 2023, Professor Omar Farhati, President of the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar – El Oued, met with Professor Habib Qaddah, Vice President for External Relations, and Mr. Murad Bourouina, Professor and National Expert in Medical Physics, and the Medical Physics Training Team at the University of El Oued. They were joined by Professor Abdelouahab Mansour, Dean of the Faculty of Exact Sciences, Dr. Murad Mimouni, Head of the Physics Department, Dr. Rachid Ahmim, Head of the Physics Section, and Mr. Hani Al-Sadeq, Secretary General of the Faculty.
The meeting discussed ways to strengthen the training team with national and international expertise and to draw up a well-considered strategy to achieve quality education for students in this very important and vital specialization, given the serious shortage in the labor market for specialists in this field, especially in cancer treatment centers and centers for X-ray analysis of all kinds.
The University President praised the efforts made by the faculty and department staff in this framework and listened to all the concerns that exist. He encouraged everyone to continue this great effort and expressed his readiness to fulfill all the proposals of the Medical Physics Team in order to improve this specialization.
The meeting concluded with the honoring of Professor Murad Bourouina, National Expert, for his services in the training and supervision of medical physics students at our university, by the University President, his Vice President, and the entire Faculty of Exact Sciences family.
