Appeal Process Overview

  1. Submission of Request:
    Employees with concerns about their financial entitlements or other employment rights are encouraged to submit a formal written request to the Sub-Directorate of Budget. This ensures that the issue is documented and can be appropriately addressed.
  2. Review and Evaluation:
    Upon receipt, the Sub-Directorate of Budget carefully reviews the request, ensuring it is assessed with due diligence and in alignment with university policies and national labour laws.
  3. Feedback and Resolution:
    Following the review, the concerned employee is provided with a clear and detailed response. Where necessary, steps are taken to resolve the issue promptly, ensuring fairness and compliance with regulations.
