Reunión ampliada del rector de la Universidad con directores de laboratorio y decanos de facultades de la Universidad de El Oued
On April 18, 2023, the University’. Rector Professor Omar Farhati held a coordination meeting attended by Vice-Rectors for Scientific Research Professor Boubaker Mansour, Pedagogy Professor Bachir Menaï, Development and Foresight Dr. Laswad Abdelhalim, and External Relations Professor Guedda, El Habib, as well as the University General Secretary. Chouki Medellel, Deans of Faculties, Laboratory Directors, and the Deputy Director of the Budget in the meeting room of the central administration. The meeting aimed to study and follow up on the problems related to the management of laboratories, including the first part related to the budget and the second part related to the problems of management and communication.
The meeting was opened by the University Rector, who welcomed the laboratory directors and attendees, praising their efforts in promoting scientific research and training at the university. He then gave the floor to the Vice-Rector for Scientific Research to present a report on the scientific research budget and how it is distributed, discussing aspects of management according to the new code. The Vice-Rector for Development and Foresight then presented a report on the various scientific research operations under the equipment budget. The University General Secretary then gave a general overview of the previous meeting on the new management code and the distribution of financial allocations granted to each laboratory, with the Deputy Director of the Budget.
The University’s Rector then opened the floor for discussion to laboratory directors, who raised their concerns and interests related to communication and follow-up with laboratory directors at the central administration for the purpose of cooperation and coordination.
