La Universidad de El Oued ha dado pasos concretos para implementar su plan de digitalización definiendo proyectos específicos para cada uno de sus departamentos.
On Tuesday, January 31, 2023, the Strategic Digitization Committee of the University of El Oued held its first meeting under the direction of the Rector, Professor Omar Ferhati.
The meeting brought together committee members, who are the project managers responsible for implementing the university’s digitization plan.
The Strategic Digitization Committee at the University of El Oued is chaired by Professor El-Habib Gedda, who presided over the meeting with the assistance of engineers Samir Guedri and Dr. Saâdi Medelagh.
A group of project managers attended the meeting, and a second meeting will be held on Wednesday to include the remaining project managers proposed by the Strategic Digitization Planning Office.
During the meeting, the committee chair presented the objectives of the digitization project and the proposed implementation processes at the university level.
Project managers were also assigned responsibilities within the framework of the digitization plan. The meeting included an exchange of views and the presentation of a number of proposals and guidelines to ensure the successful completion of digitization projects on time.
According to the Strategic Digitization Plan card, a total of 31 digital projects are planned to be implemented within the framework of the scheduled programs.
A completion schedule has been established, with projects to be completed in the first semester and projects to be completed by the second semester of 2023.
After completing the explanations provided by the committee chair, the latter asked each project manager to expedite the submission of a working paper containing the proposed implementation plan accompanied by a list of project members and then resend it to the committee chair within one week to accelerate the completion of this important process that the university and its President attach great importance to:
